  • Launch browser instantly:

This is one amazing feature of Windows, which helps you to access any website instantly. You can put web address bar directly on your toolbar. For that you need to make some small changes in the configuration menu, adding a Web address bar and desktop links.

To add web address bar, right-click on the toolbar at any unused space. Select the “Tollbars” tab. There you will find three options to choose – Address, Links & Desktop. Select “Address” tab to make instant address bar on your toolbar. From this address bar, you can quickly type in a website and launch the browser. Links also offers you the same facility but via saved bookmarks. The desktop link brings up folders and other location on your computer.

  • Manage Apps:

It becomes important to know those space hogging apps on your system when it is going through storage space issues. Go to Settings > System > Storage, there you will find the list of the drives on your system. Click on any drive to see details of apps, videos, photos and more which are eating up space on your selected drive. Click on each of the subcategories to get more detail about that. This feature can be very useful when you want to remove some large and unused apps from system to make some space on it.

  • Clutter Feature:

This feature moves your low priority emails to Clutter folder. This is not equal to Junk folder as the emails you receive are coming from the valid source or from the people you have interacted with. Clutter folder can be translated as your second Inbox. Clutter reads your pattern and content analysis to determine the priority of the email for you. It works on the likelihood that you are going to ignore the email. Once this likelihood becomes high message will end up in Clutter folder. In case you wish to move away some message from Clutter folder just click on the message and move it back to Inbox or any other folder. You can right click on the messages in Inbox to mark it as a Clutter.

  • Stop that sneak peek from Cortana:

Cortana proves to be one amazing feature offered by Microsoft. Still, you might not be interested anymore to share your details with this app. If you wish to remove Cortana’s memory and turn her off, head to Settings > Privacy > Speech, inking & typing and click the button says “Stop getting to know me”. It will instantly stop the Cortana to retrieve your information.

  • Background App manager:

This feature works on Windows 10 mobile. Here you can tweak the settings for apps that usually run in the background using background manager. Removing certain apps from running in the background can empty the space and it can boost the speed as well. This feature saves your battery to some extent also.

  • Record Apps:

You can use this amazing Feature offered by Microsoft. This Microsoft’s new Game Bar-recording function can help you to record gameplay on your device. It also helps you to record apps data as well. Though it doesn’t work for system activities such as Notepad or Paint. You can find all saved videos in the Xbox app (Game DVR Section), or inside your specific user folder (Video > Captures).

  • Offline Maps:

This can be the most useful feature for travelers and for people around. You can use Maps app in Windows 10 to download any maps you need and can use them offline. This can be very useful when you can’t access your internet connection or GPS signals.
