KASPERSKY WAS INDEED INVOLVED IN THE ATTACK
According to Kaspersky, they did download the confidential information of NSA unintentionally but also claimed that they deleted when came to know about the existence of the same.
DIDN’T KASPERSKY DENY INVOLVEMENT EARLIER?
Earlier, Kaspersky denied any involvement in the security breach of NSA. However, National Security Agency suspected Kaspersky’s link with Russian Government. For past several weeks, there have been talks of involvement of the Kaspersky in extracting the codes of NSA and sending them to servers in Moscow, but company didn’t say a word. Finally, Kaspersky came forward and explained the whole thing.
Eugene Kaspersky clarified the whole thing and according to him, the Kaspersky software spontaneously collected some confidential information from a computer in the US. When the analysts at Kaspersky came to know about the blunder, they were worried. They immediately rushed to him to ask for the solution and he asked them to delete the data at once.
DID NSA INFORMATION SECURITY EXPERTS BELIEVE THE STORY?
When this new information came to light, it left information security experts bewildered and in a dilemma whether the Antivirus company intentionally tracked and sent the data to its servers or it was just doing its work of inspecting and searching for suspicious files.
Though, it is still not clear whether Kaspersky alerted NSA about the incident or not. It seems that NSA has bought the explanation given by Kaspersky as a former NSA analyst, Jake Williams said, “Kaspersky’s explanation sounds plausible,” He further added, “It makes sense that they pulled those up and looked at the classification marking and then deleted them,” “I can see where it’s so toxic you may not want it on your systems.” What makes this surprising is not only the NSA official walked home with classified information but also transferred it to a computer which had a pirated version of Microsoft Office. It all smells fishy.

Well, if the company would really work in this direction, it would take the design of the devices to a new level. All the devices like iMac, MacBook and iPad will have a much bigger screen, due to the absence of bezels. Sources at Curved.de have put together the renders that show all the Apple devices with a bezel-less screen and notch design i.e. Front-facing camera, True Depth and more. It is simply breathtaking.
WILL IT BE EXCITING ENOUGH FOR USERS?
Yes Indeed! The news is quite thrilling for those who love iPhone and other Apple products. It is not hard to predict that Apple would use the notch design and True Depth Camera system to the other devices, considering the scope of most of the devices.
According to speculations, the design might be adopted for iPad Pro that is set for release next year. Given the history of the company, once the design is with iPad, you could soon expect the same for Mac. So, get ready for the future!
