  4. In the next window, check on “Make all Files available” option so that all your OneDrive folders are easily accessible in the File Explorer window.

With this all your data stored in OneDrive will now be accessible in Windows 10’s File Explorer window.

How To Check The Status Of Files In File Explorer

To know the status of a file whether it is stored locally or on cloud:

  1. Open File Explorer and tap on One drive option in the top menu bar.
  2. In the Onedrive folder you’ll see a new Status column indicating whether the file is available online or in this device. Simply hover your mouse on the icon to see detailed description of file status.

In case you need to download any Onedrive file on your device then simply double clicking on it will save it on your local storage. To make it always-available white checkmark file, right-click it and select “Always keep on this device”.
