Now that the PS5 will reportedly come with an upgraded VR headset, PS4 VR headsets have also won plaudits for its price and game collection. According to the PlayStation VR news, an odor-rendering virtual reality mask has been under work for some time and is soon going to be released. Feelreal, the tech company has attained the pre-release stage for their new device, which is capable of changing the scope of virtual reality once and for all.

WHAT IS ODOUR DELIVERING MASK?

Odor-delivering mask is another virtual reality device that is designed to help you feel the virtual game in reality. According to the Feelreal, the odor-delivering mask offers the chance of adding scents and smells to your VR adventure. The website reveals that the scent generator boasts a replaceable cartridge that will have 9 capsules of aroma. Also, the players will have the option to choose and combine any of the 255 scents available in the store. They will also be able to to install and change the scents depending on the VR experience.

GOOGLE DEPRECATING CHROMECAST SETUP FOR MAC AND ANOTHER PC

Google’s popular streaming device just celebrated its fifth anniversary. However, the new update in Google’s “Set up your Chromecast device” help page confirms that it would no longer be supporting Mac, Windows, Linux or any other PC.

WHAT IS GOOGLE CHROMECAST?

Google Chromecast is a media stream adapter that lets you play online content like videos, music etc. on a television. Google Chromecast is one of the most popular online streaming devices that sets you free of getting a dish or satellite connection for entertainment. You just have to plug the adapter in the HDMI port of the TV and open the associated app of the device on your mobile phone to control and use it as a TV remote. Once you’ve set the content to watch, you don’t have to keep the mobile app open. The Chromecast is capable of streaming the content from a huge list of resources that also include Netflix, Hulu, Google Play, Plus, YouTube etc.

WHAT DOES GOOGLE HAVE TO SAY?

Although, there was no official tweet or announcement made for discontinuing the desktop support. However, the upcoming update next month would remove the ability to set the dongle by using Chrome for Mac, windows or Linux. It is important to know that Google’s “Set up your Chromecast device” help page was recently modified to make changes for removing the Computer setup instructions. The new notice, however, confirms the deprecation directing Chromecast users to download and use the Google Home app for Android or iOS. The notice says, “We no longer support Chromecast setup on a computer. To set up your Chromecast, please use a mobile device.”.
