GOOGLE PIXEL 3 LAUNCHING EVENT IS ON OCTOBER 9TH
Google has announced the big event of the year, Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL launch is set for October 9th.
WHAT COULD WE EXPECT THIS YEAR?
Well, it is almost the time of the year. Google has sent out an invitation for the launch event of Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL which is going to be held on 9th October. The invite has a simple “I <3 NY” phrase which doesn’t particularly indicate anything.
Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL are the third generations of Android smartphones powered by Google. The first launched in 2016.
A lot of details regarding the upcoming models have been leaked. We have a pretty good idea of what to expect. Both the upcoming devices will get design tweaks such as a glass back for wireless charging on both devices and large notch on the Pixel 3 XL. Both of the Pixel devices will come with a single rear camera and dual front-facing cameras.
Pixel 3 might come with Snapdragon 845 processor, 4GB of RAM with a 12.2-megapixel rear camera and 5.5? display. Wherein Pixel XL will come with 6.71? display and commendable 6 GB RAM.
The event will also include the announcement of Google hardware products such as Pixelbook, Pixel Buds, Google Home Mini & Max and clips. So, we can expect a lot of surprises on October 9th.
APPLE IS LAUNCHING iPhone XS MAX: CONFIRMED
Apple’s biggest and expensive smartphone model iPhone XS MAX is coming out.
HOW IT GOT CONFIRMED?
Apple is about to unveil this year products and everything was under the wraps. Just before the event, a news by reliable sources confirmed that iPhone XS MAX is one of the phone coming out this September.
It was already circling in the news that we could expect three new iPhones coming out.
Apple will not launch any further PLUS model and the previous model will be replaced by 5.8-inch ‘iPhone XS’ along with iPhone XS Max with a 6.5-inch screen.
It is surprising move as Apple always condense its brands under a single name for different sizes when it comes to iPad Pro, MacBook Pro, Apple Watch. So, adding ‘Max’ is a bold move and makes more sense as it connects with the product due to its size.
The prices for Apple’s upcoming devices are expected to be: –
- iPhone 9 (name yet to be confirmed): 799 euros
- iPhone XS: 909 euros
- iPhone XS Max: 1149 euros
WHAT’S MORE TO CONFIRM?
The prices mentioned above are in EU and they are always inclusive of sales tax. One more thing to notice here is these exact prices are what Apple is charging people in Germany for iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X respectively.
So, it is expected that Apple will maintain that current US iPhone pricing $699, $799 and $999 for new upcoming bezel-less smartphone models with their larger storage capacities which will make the price go up to 150 USD per tier.
However, many users will get allured to iPhone X next-gen smartphone with a starting price of $799. There are also reports that iPhone 9 is expected to rule the market even after certain compromises.
Apple is going to announce all about it on September 12. So, stay tuned to know what’s the real deal!
